SHERRY LENARZ, COMMUNITY MANAGER
Sherry Lenarz, your Community Manager, has been a Coeur d’Alene resident since 2002 and possesses extensive experience in community management. Formerly the owner of Association Services, Inc.—a reputable firm that managed several notable communities within Kootenai County—Ms. Lenarz demonstrates a proven track record of leadership and expertise. Residents of The Thomas George Building can expect dedicated management and a commitment to maintaining high standards under her guidance.
PARTRICK NUTTER, FACILITY MANAGER
Patrick Nutter, our Facility Manager and a resident of Idaho, will oversee all operational aspects of the building. He brings substantial experience from his previous roles as Facilities/Risk Safety Director at the YMCA of the Inland Northwest and Director of Facilities at the University of Idaho. His comprehensive expertise in facilities management and safety ensures that the Thomas George Building will be maintained to the highest standards.
LISA REED, COMMUNITY CONCIERGE
Lisa Reed, our Community Concierge, has resided in Coeur d’Alene for five years and has more than twenty years of experience from her distinguished career with a top-tier real estate team in California. In her position, Lisa is committed to providing a warm welcome to new owners, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the building community. The concierge acts as a knowledgeable resource on building policies, amenities, and local area information, anticipating residents’ needs and addressing any concerns proactively.
Developers/Owners
The principals of Front Row Properties have multi-generational ties to North Idaho and have successfully completed cumulative development of thousands of single-family homes, condominiums, and apartments as well as donations of 25 acres of public parks, 10 acres for school expansion, and 20 acres of conservation area overlooking Lake Coeur d’Alene. All five partners live locally and are proud to call North Idaho home.

Founded in Coeur d’Alene in 1983, Miller Stauffer Architect’s multi-disciplinary practice brings together specialists in planning, programming, architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture. We believe that the best design is produced in a unified collaborative culture that recruits, trains, and empowers talented professionals to do their best work. Monte Miller and his team are responsible for many iconic buildings in downtown Coeur d’Alene, and we are lucky to have them working on The Thomas George.
